An important part of the philosophy for
Fresca Group is that employees should
feel engaged, should feel that they can
influence change and should be able
to share in the reward of their work.
The company grew very much as a family business
for many years. The family feel has been retained
but the introduction of an employee share scheme
has meant that the proportion of the business
owned by our employees has been growing
steadily. Fresca is currently around 40%
employee-owned, making us one of the
larger businesses of its kind.
