For a fourth consecutive year, Fresca Group is proud to have renewed its Major Partner support for the Diversity in Grocery Programme.
The programme, delivered and facilitated by charity GroceryAid, is designed to accelerate a truly diverse and inclusive grocery industry, supporting the wellbeing and development of the sector’s 2.6 million employees.
About Diversity in Grocery
The DiG programme brings together organisations from across the grocery landscape to share learning, benchmark progress and collaborate on practical Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) strategies.
Through tools such as the D&I in Grocery Maturity Model, partner organisations can track their D&I journeys, engage with a network of over 3,000 industry allies via the Partner Hub, and contribute to shaping collective action that drives meaningful change across the sector.
Nikki Churchill, Group Communications Manager for Fresca, said “Our continued partnership with the Diversity in Grocery Programme reflects Fresca Group’s belief that an inclusive culture is fundamental to a successful and sustainable business.”
“By working collaboratively with others across the grocery industry, we can share learning, challenge ourselves and continue to make progress in creating an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and able to thrive. This partnership is an important part of our commitment to our 1,200 colleagues, helping to ensure that diversity, equity and inclusion are embedded across our business and felt in everyday working life.”
